Interpublic Declares Quarterly Dividend
NEW YORK, Dec. 18 /PRNewswire/ -- At a meeting held in New York today, the Board of Directors of The Interpublic Group of Companies declared a cash dividend of 9-1/2 cents per share, payable on March 15, 2002, to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 27.
